#1 Wash the duck, dry it and prick its skin with a fork. Add pepper, salt, onion and garlic powder, coriander and Worcestershire sauce to a small bowl. Mix the mentioned ingredients well and we have our duck marinade ready, which we spread evenly over the duck. Place the duck in a covered container and leave it in the refrigerator overnight. |

#2 Heat the oven to 200 °C. Add red onion, carrots and red pepper to the pan. Everything should be cut into larger pieces, at the end add 3 cloves of garlic and place the duck on top of the vegetables. Bake for 30 minutes on the middle rack at 200 °C. Then reduce the temperature to 140 °C and bake the duck for a further 120 minutes. In the meantime, pour the duck several times with the liquid it releases during baking. |
How to take a dish to a higher level?

#3 Increase the oven temperature to 210 °C, move the duck to the upper rack and continue baking for another 20 minutes. In the meantime, pour the liquid over the duck several times. |
